About Yash
Yash is a certified yoga, meditation teacher, life coach and holistic coach. Having studied the modalities of traditional yoga and modern psychology. Yash has a diverse knowledge of rich yogic tradition and about NLP ( Neuro linguistic Programming ) he helps people to connect them to their true self.
Yash wants to make a place that cares for people, gives them power, and helps them be as productive as they can be, all while achieving a stable level of confidence and good mental health. His clients would be able to look more deeply into themselves and try to get rid of one‘s fears and problems. With his help, they would be able to learn more about who they were.
During his learning days, Yash realised that he needed to do something outside the box and that traditional life coaching, NLP tools and techniques weren't enough. He chose Yoga and ancient texts to help him with the process.
His Five Elements Centre in Gurgaon is a big step toward his goal of whole-life wellness. It was based on what he learned while walking the spiritual path and reading old yogic books like Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Swara Yoga.
The Big differentiator
Yash thinks that regular practising yoga, breath awareness, and mindfulness, along with effective psychological techniques like NLP and life coaching, can really change how people think about overall wellness.
Throughout his life coaching sessions, he tries to use the art of asking questions in a way that helps his clients make the inner shifts.
This change would help the clients find a good balance between their work and personal lives and align their work goals with their personal time and life. But besides that, it would give them a way to see their true life's purpose, why they were born, and what they should live by.
This kind of clarity is essential in everyone's life, and Yash wants to give it to his clients.
